ОтветитьFor the cracked concrete, use Cement All, a Rapid Set hydraulic cement from Home Depot. Achieves 3000 psi in one hour, 9000 psi in 28 days. Ideal for highway, industrial and marine applications. Or two-part epoxy is another option.
ОтветитьMerry and Blessed Christmas from Western Australia. Annie

ОтветитьGood morning,Ed from Vermont
Ответитьgetting er dialed. that can be the most fun part sometimes
ОтветитьIt looks like a four or five inch culvert would solve your drainage problem. You might be able to get it under the concrete without breaking it.
ОтветитьYou and your dad r a great team
ОтветитьWishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas from Oklahoma!
ОтветитьI would recommend trying to put tile underneath of it
ОтветитьFor what it’s worth regarding your Milk Storage Room, I had to do an interior concrete patch and a recommendation was offered from a Big Box Store employee. Try mixing the patch material, or powder, with latex paint in place of water. It takes longer to setup but it makes the patch more pliable and helps it get into more of the voids you can’t see.
ОтветитьQuestion about the molasses tank. With what we see in your videos the molasses tank is closer to the exterior of the building and with temps dropping is there some type of heater within the tank?
Ответить👍👍❤🐄🎄
ОтветитьEpoxy, epoxy, epoxy! Epoxy that milk house floor and you'll have a 40 year solution. I would not recommend that you do it yourself, a pro company installing a textured floor will create a 'forever' floor that will stop that erosion from the constant cleaning. They can even add 'additives' that turn the floor into a floor that inhibits bacteria growth. Just suggestion!
ОтветитьMaybe put a sewer Pipe under that pad to keep the water moving towards the drain
ОтветитьWow!! You have been very busy! Still love your videos Eric...nice to see the improvements.❤🎉(R)
Ответитьneed a culvert on the other side if the concrete block.
ОтветитьWhere do you get your merch from and what brand is it because I’m trying to find a cheaper brand the what I have, the brand I have is Carhart and they are $60.
ОтветитьNext time you lay concrete, use a brush as its drying to give it some texture/grit. That shits gunna be slicker n snot when shes wet/icy.
ОтветитьI learned so many good things
ОтветитьYour dog might find rats or mice under the low shelves 😊
ОтветитьHave your concrete guy put some good concrete sealer down on the milk room floor.
Ответитьinstall an under drain and tie it directly into the storm structure.
ОтветитьNow you need a robot sweeper.
Ответитьperforated drain tile on both sides of pathway, at least 1.5' deep, plumb into surface inlet basin
ОтветитьAwesome video. Thank you
ОтветитьEric, you should look at chemical resistant epoxy for the milk tank room. That is what we did when I lived on the farm in our Milk room.
ОтветитьEric, I saw you ask for a raise awhile back, did you get it?
I hope so!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
JIM 🥰
The Navy has some stuff called "Gluvit" that works in such areas where water is involved. We used it on a baptistry that was leaking through the concrete and after we used it , it sealed and never leaked afterwards
ОтветитьCan you do a video about your experience with Smaxtec system?
ОтветитьPump groute under the pad
Ответитьclearly, doubling/tripling storage capacty (etc.) would be good, right away, tantamont to mandatory very soon, in keeping with the entire idea of reducing troubles, etc.
ОтветитьWhat about removing the back off of the hay wagon so you can load hay into without moving it?
ОтветитьI really like your manual shade panel cranks and drip method on your water tanks. Really cuts down on expensive motors and heaters etc and headaches of maintenance. Sometimes simple is better. Might take 30 mins more but what the heck
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьRight on a new video. Thank ypu
ОтветитьOh wow. Already watch it lol
ОтветитьSeeing Them cows jump around makes me happy
Ответитьhilti rm700 for concrete repair.

ОтветитьWhat kind of plastic feed bins are them. They look nice.
I need to replace 2 of ours.
Thanks.
Great video
ОтветитьI would try and epoxy concrete sealer.
ОтветитьMight be worth renting a plate compactor to pack the new shop floor.
ОтветитьI love your videos man. Keep grinding😁😀😄😃
ОтветитьTrench drain across that pathway where it connects to the pad. Not only will it pick up water from the pathway, it will also provide a channel for water from either side to drain to the other. That's why those are put onto the edges of concrete pads---they pick up the run-off and prevent it from digging under the pad.
