Journaling is severely underrated!! I agree with everything Esther said about organizing thoughts, clarifying intentions, somewhat manifesting... And ALSO for me, I find that getting those thoughts out PHYSICALLY (through handwriting or typing) feels even more relieving than just talking (to a friend or therapist). Maybe that's just me. But it feels like my brain is a computer, exporting a bunch of files to a floppy disk 💾 😅 in order to free up a ton of storage space for new things. 😂

I thoroughly enjoyed this podcast. I love Rick & Esther's odd chemistry.
