As child I remember my granny eating blue cheese she loved it. I always thought it smelled like cheesy feet, so I wouldn't even try it. When I got into my 30s, I gave it try and now I love it ❤

When I first had blue cheese at about seven years old, I did not know that the blue stuff was mold. I relished that the blue bits were salty and some parts crunchy, love it. Taste at the back of yer head. But yet I don't like moldy bread. Weird.

I want to try cheeses like this, but I didnt know the mold is made from cillian, and Im allergic to penicillin, so I dont know if thats in the same boat or not, and if Id be allergic to it.

Blue Stilton is similar to Gorgonzola. Nice melted in gnocchi with walnuts crumbs on top . Or blue Stilton and pears
