I agree with this systematic and institutional hatred against Brahmins(non-pujaris). But the Pujari brahmins need to reform the way they behave with Bhaktas, they are the reason many hate Brahmins in general. I have personally experienced this Brahminic arrogance in Temples of South India.

The "hate speech" is subjective and the protected groups are only those which in the subjective view of the establishment are oppressed and the targets are only those that in the view of the establishment are oppressors.We see that despite the well-documented history of Islam (and to some extent Christianity as well) their followers are classified as protected groups,their histories whitewashed and brushed under the carpet,the religions themselves protected from criticism,and Brahmins are classified as the "oppressing group" and Sanatana itself targeted for,among other other things,being "Brahminical".

The only way is for lay brahmins to revive the basics like nitya janeu dharan, sandhyavandan (once/twice atleast), study of sanskrit and shastras.
Trad Brahmins will have to step up and show the way. The buffer of enough laukika brahmins practicing basics is what will actually protect the sacred core i.e. the vaidika brahmins. Without that buffer, the core stands exposed and will increasingly fail to find supporters (who relate at a personal level) even among their own varna.

Brahmin created jati/varna system that system is called Brahmanism .

Talking about power of Brahmins? In Gujarat I have seen Marwari Brahmins working as a seasonal labors lifting heavy goods! They used to come for winter and go back in summer to Marwari. Till this date in Gujarat Marwari Brahmins work as cooks and caterers! Rajasthan should give them reservations!

Maharana pratap could have made a shudra the next king rather than his own son , varna vyavastha is a complex subject and making it " work based " is literally a fairy tale / utopia not possible in this world. And a son of a Brahmin is likely to get a knowledge of vedas , Upanishads and sanskars . Do you expect him to work as a cobbler after learning about the vedas or as a teacher.

Most of these people don't realize that, for the longest time, a majority of western academcians, professors, scholars who have been cooking up anti-Brahmin narratives, theories of Brahminical patriarchy are jews. Brahmins are enjoying the most of what captialism has to offer. Companies force employees to reveal their caste and discriminate against them. In IIMs and IITs students from lower caste commit suicide and are forced to leave the institution because they were discriminated and hurt because of their lower caste status.
