ОтветитьI just started your 15 min kettlebell workout four days ago. It is amazing. Tomorrow morning when I get up rather than doing the 15 min workout I will try this. My muscles burn already and after not even a week I am already feeling the benefits.. I love how you do the whole workout with us, no talking but straight to the point. Edit: I’m using the heaviest kettlebell at my gym and it’s only 15 pounds. Need to ask if they can get heavier ones.
How many pounds should you start with?

ОтветитьKettle bells just use the parts of me that crave to be worked, and other weights make my body feel burdened…
but the kettle feels like coming or stretching my legs.
There’s something about utilizing my energy to create union (focusing on the kettle) that feels natural.
11 minutes in and I'm already on two water breaks 😂
