That is great initiative by Pakistan to send back illegal Afghans. These illegal Afghans have no documentations, no visa, no passport, no card but they rushed in Pakistan and now due to No documents they involve in crimes, drugs, terrorist activities, robberies and distortion. So it was necessary to enforce them to legalise their status through their country like passport some kind of IDs or at least take some permission documents..

Pakistan has been doing its moral obligations for the past 40 years but unfortunately some Afghans who didn't have any documents were found in many terrorism activities in Pakistan last year and many of them crossed the border illegally and claimed that they were refugees.
