Remember when Lindsey Jacobellis late fall a heartbreaking way to miss out on gold.
Lindsey Jacobellis is one of the most decorated women in the sport of snowboarding.
Except at the Olympics.
Despite 10 X Games gold medals and five World Championships in snowboard cross, Jacobellis has only earned one medal at the Olympics, a silver that should've been a gold.
At just 20-years-old at the 2006 Games in Turin, Italy, she had an overwhelming lead late in the snowboard cross final. In an attempt to have "fun" on the final jump with a method grab, Jacobellis fell on the landing and settled for silver.
