I think the reality of Ireland is that there is a new tier 1 within tier 1. SA, NZ, Ireland and France (the latter is having a year off) but the gap between those 4 and the other tier one nations only feels like it’s growing. Of course nothing is certain in rugby and things could change at a moments notice but it does feel like the rich getting richer

As an Ireland fan I agree the France are out of sorts a bit. We definitely deserved our win against them but the match would have closer if the French were at their best. I think the French will turn the corner soon, maybe even in this tournament. I am glad we have got them out of the way as anyone writing them off is just plain stupid.

Yes, it was a try. No, I'm not going to scream at referees. I just don't understand why a try wasn't given when the ball was clearly grounded. I guess there's some kind of weird protocoll from World Rugby that was followed. Like that weird-ass kicking duel between Scotland and France. As for Esterhuizen, bro, please stay away from the Sharks. There are some massive problems at the Sharks and they can't buy themselves out of it. This is coming from a Sharks supporter. I'm a huge fan of Esterhuizen and I don't think he'll be happy there.
