Can you give us a good sinus diet on what to eat and what not to eat because I have chronic sinusitis for years and I know for a fact that whenever I drink anything containing in milk or eat rather ,it does make my sinusitis worse , even eggs as a matter of fact makes me sneeze after eating them and according to my knowledge those who have chronic sinusitis please avoid anything in gluten it triggers inflammation and makes it even worse .

Saline nasal wash or irrigation- It is a traditional and one of the most effective ways to manage sinusitis. It helps to keep the sinuses clean and remove dust, allergens, microbes and excess mucus from the sinus cavity.
Avoid exposure to allergens. If you are unaware of the allergens that are triggering your symptoms or causing sinusitis, it is better to get an allergy test done. Knowing your allergens may help you manage your condition better.
Inhaling essential oils- Many essential oils help to manage sinusitis and other respiratory issues. A few of which include peppermint oil, thyme oil, eucalyptus oil, pine oil, tea tree oil, rosemary oil and lavender oil. I don't sneeze alot but I do feel my nose clogged everyday I have this since 2013 up to now and sometimes I can't breathe I feel anxious when my nose both feels really clogged I feel like I Want scream and want to tell someone please help this really suck sometimes I cry and I'm a guy I don't want to go to the hospital because I don't have insurance and they charge alot specially nowadays I wish I was healthy that my nose wasn't clogged and also I have anxiety and panic attacks I pray to God everyday to heal me but seems like he doesn't listen to my prayers. 😟

🕵prevention could be key to that sinus attacks threats episodes you get on any season
the reason why you get sinus is obviously bc you did a mistake regarding your body temp - the first thing you should approach, if it usually happens bc of that mistake:
if the environment surrounding your body its too cold then you should keep yourself warm by covering your arms, hands torso and feet but if you feel you are getting too warm (or hotter) or sweating then uncover some portion of your body for a little bit and then cover it back - the temperature should be equalized or ideal to stop sinus episodes attacking you
but if the condition petsists or if its chronic do as follows:
sniff some acv (@pple cidar vinegar) though your nose or use iodized salt disolved on some barely lukewarm water and it will relieve sinus attacks almost inmediately and in most case it will cure it if you keep on doing it over time
👉i usually use 1 teaspoon of salt or acv per 3 teaspons of water and that will take care of my sinus attack specially when the weather is really cold 💗💗💗😍
