First, they tell you to drink milk daily, and now they tell you to apply sunscreens every day even indoors. Capitalism tells you that you need everything they produced.

Going to sunscreen sale agent and ask about how much sunscreen should I use, while of course she tells me to, use while in doors or on rainy day; next she will tell me to use it at night, as the sun penetrates the earth to the other side, or light of the moon courses skin damage.

10ml for face and neck? Sunscreen usually comes in 50ml, so can only be used for 5 days? I doubt it will go on skin comfortably....

SPF50 and above does matter for very fair skinned Caucasian people who burn easily, and for anyone with sensitive skin, but anyone who tans easily will be fine with SPF30. I know many people in England who will just NEVER tan, just burn if they don't wear very high rated sunscreen, but SPF30+ really makes no difference for anyone who isn't in that category.

I used sunscreens / sunblock in hot countries like vietnam and thailand, when I sweat, the sunscreen / block also comes out and flows down to stain my clothes orange and it's difficult to wash off these stains !

As an asian, i Have insuficient Vit D-OH. I had tested this and my dermatologist explained that many aseans suffer this too, especially for women with hijab and apply SPF. It prevents us to absorb vit D from the sun.

So, the question is should we apply sunscreen religiously? I think we don't need to apply it as mentioned in this video, it's a marketing strategy. But harsh exposure harms our skin. Just use it as you need.

Wow, 10ml for face and neck, repeat it later in the day, which means 20ml per day. Current price for 50ml at 30% at Watsons is $36.68 for a bottle of 50ml, which translates to $14.67 per day or $5355.28 per year. No thanks, I would rather just spend a fraction of that money on the best insurance package per year and claim whatever treatment and diagnosis that costs thousands of dollars if I ever get skin cancer.

Pharmaceutical companies are making a generous amount of money convincing people that we can't live without wearing sunscreen every day.

Doctors are trained by pharma and are always pushing some pill or chemical onto the general population.

Seriously?? The Roche-Posay lady telling us to use 10 ML every time we apply sunscreen, yet their bottles are often only 50 ML with an exorbitant price tag! The price of their 50 ML bottle is $25, that's crazy. Say you'd only apply once every day (the bare minimum), that would be a hefty $1825 a year for minimum protection according to this sales lady. I hate it.

1. Avoid sun exposure if you can.
2. If not, get a good hat and umbrella.
3. Whenever possible, I plan errands and hangouts before 10AM or after 4PM.

I'm lazy in using any cream on my face so I really have to be intentional when I decide to go out.

Thanks to this report, I at least know how much is needed when I remember to apply sunscreen 💛

Everyone knows the Asian people either from China, Taiwan, or Japan, or anybody on this earth that has brown skin does not wrinkle and does not show up with a lot of brown spots on the skin. So you're asking the wrong people to advertise for sunscreen. They will always look young, even if they don't wear sunscreen!

For daily sunscreen (i.e. not water resistant) Round Lab Birch Juice Moisturizing Sunscreen and Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun suncreens are amazing in texture, and no alcohol. For those who use makeup, they can function like primers as well. I've tried Biore's sunscreen before but I have a sensitive nose to the alcohol.
