Wow, these look phenomenal! I love the muzzle burn especially, it adds another level of storytelling. I do have a piece of advice. Temporarily laying a super thin plastic like plastic wrap over the surface of the milliput before you shape it with a tool makes the marks more cohesive.

Stargrave and Frostgrave kits are the best for kitbashing

These could be used also as a sort of Tusken raiders proxies, or similar. Nest ideas, you could also add some modern/WWII 's weapons modified ad hoc.

The frostgrave cultist kit would work well for this sort of thing.

As a big fan of post apocalyptic games I REALLY like how they turned out. They would work great in This Is Not A Test, The Last War, Stargrave, or even Star Wars.

Could have been cool to take the arms stocks and barrels from the Afghan warriors but use the actions from the stargrave kits along with your bead work and head swaps to make a more hand crafted modern gun look.

Perry Miniatures also sells some sprues separately, usually the one with the command options. So, depending on the kit, you might be able to acquire a couple bodies and a fair number of spare bits for very little. Good for trying out before buying the full kit, or for kitbashing. (A couple sprues have casualties, which are good for basing).

This was so much fun to watch. Such a creative and economic way to make some incredibly unique minis. Love it.
