I'm Black and as a trained scientist and engineer ,I 1000 percent disagree with the assessment that race will not inhibit your growth . It definitely will .
Also the government should have cross checks in place to help the people , all people we don't here in the US and this is a problem. I'm tired of Boomers like Dave Ramsey telling the youth wrong information. I mentor so many young men of all races .His generation never had the level of competition that these youth do .Home ownership is nearly impossible for the younger generation.

Friends been having a lot of financial problems. A lot seem to stem from a bad business deal that is now resolved. But I feel something even worse will happen now. No, he resolved his bad businsss dealand maybe things could in fact turn around? The last few years have been all gloom & doom so I also feel on edge about it

I disagree . Not everyone has the intelligence or ideas to become an entrepreneur. Also, some jobs that pay halfway decent are destroying peoples lives. They’re living in misery. Picking yourself up by your bootstraps is admirable but there’s not always a pathway to abundance.

I’m black. I’m debt free ( except mortgage) by following Dave’s advice and wisdom. People will always judge you for something no matter what race you are. There will always be people who don’t like you. Is there racism..yes. I don’t let that stop me. I’m teaching my children to not let that stop them either.

I'm a Latino and I disagree with Dave. There are definitely racists, but there is no systemic oppression in the USA.
