There are flaws in your logic - they started dating in 2012 -that doesn't mean she was committed to him since 2012. Commitment itne jaldi nahi hoti hai, ek doosre ko jaanne mein time lagta hai. They got engaged in 2015 and that would be the start of their commitment. So, if she was seeing other people in 2012 then it makes sense but, if she was seeing other people after 2015 then she is being toxic.

What I really hate about these situations is that there are loads of people who don't believe in monogamy, who are living drama free lives with multiple partners with love and care. Polyamory is multiple LOVES, not using and abusing one to chase others. Anybody who really believes that they can love multiple people wouldn't humiliate their partner in public, particularly KNOWING that the world won't understand and without bothering to offer a correct context. It isn't love if a man you love is distressed by your behaviour. If you see a healthy polyamorous couple, you'll find everybody comfortable, and if there is distress, you will see love and protective behaviour, even if she loves a thousand other men.
