For anyone contemplating if this really works, doing this for a few weeks really made my collar bones more prominent and my back muscles more defined! It also made my posture way better. You should definitely try this out. Remember that consistency is key

Day 1: Day 1 started of easy and fun, not tiring at all.
Day 2: Was feeling a little difference. Was good
Day 3: Couldn’t really see a difference but good as usual
Day 4: Could see a little different but good as usual.

second day: - Same as the first day so far nothing but happy I did it! and I feel better too
third day: - Sadly alot happened this day and I missed it (a lil change in my arms)
fourth day: -Did it (forgot to update yesterday) but its going good same as yesterday with the lil change

Hey there! I'm that girl that got 12 days and got 1.8k likes. Well, lot of things happend since than, soo... Why don't we try again? But this time all will be better: I'll be doing more sport, this trainings, working on my mental health and try drinking more water. For some people that sounds easy, but for me its a challenge. 14 days challenge.
Lets go!
Day 1: did 15-min walking cardio + anti-edema 15m workout + this workout. Also did 5m meditation + wrote down 10 things I'm greatful for. Feel great, lots of energy, but what can go wrong on the first day?
Day 2: did 15m walking workout + 7m pilates + this workout + 9m yoga. I also listend to podcast about self-investment and wrote down 20 things I like doing. It was a bit hard to start, but when I started my workout, I just kept doing and doing till the end. I have some things to do during which I hope to drink at least 0,5 of water.
Day 3: did 10m cardio + 10m dance cardio + 4m full body workout + 10m leg-stretching workout + this workout. I also did a 10m meditation
Day 4: rest day, only did practice about self-improvement
Day 5: did 5m walking workout + 10m dancing cardio workout + 10m hiit abs workout + 5m back workout + 9m neck and shoulders stretch + 8m full body strech. Listened to 26m podcast about sleep, 1.5 hour audiobook about discipline and 6m meditation before bed
Can it's help to reduce shoulder size

ОтветитьI’ve been doing this most days since March, my posture is definitely better. I used to be hunched over but now I stand tall, the workout is a breeze and I feel confident. Keep going!

Bueno lo haré por 30 días para poder notar los resultados TnT, para empezar estoy haciendo más ejercicios que al culminar estaría mencionando, pero bueno empecemos;
Día 1: Lo hice al principio me estaba doliendo los hombros pero siento que tengo una mejor postura.
Día 2: Lo mismo que el primero me dolía los hombros.
Día 3: Me levante tarde y no pude ;-;.
Día 4: Lo hice y pues no se creo que se levanto un poco más el busto y duele los hombros
Día 5: Lo hice y creo que es más normal, mi postura mejoro
Día 6: Lo hice pero fue más facíl.
Diá 7: No lo hice ;-;

Day1: My shoulders and back hurt a lot, as did my hands during this. (I don't usually exercise and I slouch, that's why)
Day2:
I did This for 5 days before and my posture got better and I got a thinner waist but then I stop so I’ll be doing it again
