I do use heavy whipping cream i am guilty. I just skip breakfast and use my coffee with cream instead. Then store in jar in my frig. I can a lot so use your recipes then can a lot of them up. I do make my own vanilla extract.

I always keep alcohol on hand to make extracts and tinctures. I do freeze my dairy (Milk). But I prepare meals for large family.
