Thanks for such a wonderful and informative video. I have been dealing with GAD for 3 years, which has given me chronic insomnia. Is this a common thing to go through with GAD? Also my Dr wants me to start Buspirone, she says the side effects are very minimal, and can be taken long term. Do you feel buspirone is a good option for GAD?
