Dr Eric well done please I need your help I am diabetic and also have pb recently my doctor changed the pb drugs from moduretic and losartan to Joltan but it didn't work my pb was just going up later Amoldipine 5mg was added but I was not okay later I was given Exforgehct10mg/160mg 12.5mg despite this my pb is still like 134- 135/83 the reason for changing the drugs from moduretic and losartan is the because of diabetes he is saying the drugs is the reason for for it

I have been drinking lemon water for years with great pleasure. I add olive oil and pomagranate cider vinegar. Is that as good as the apple one? Recently I also added cayenne pepper. Is that a benefit in your perspective? Thanks for the new information, that using the whole lemon is much better than just the juice. I will do that from now on. And deeply thank you for your many videos, that have help me stay relatively healthy despite my aging.

There’s acetic acid in other vinegars too, so why don’t other vinegars seem to do all the great things apple cinder vinegar does? 🤔
