THE END OF THE MORNING MOVEMENT (our coffee business)

Love the coffee, don’t care if you changed the name. It’s your business and you are in charge. So many people getting their feelings hurt over coffee. Stay sweet and grind on!

Sorry to be negative, but I believe it was a mistake to change the name. It got peoples attention. Now it’s just another name and it won’t stand out to a random person.

Watching you guys doesn't give the same feels anymore. Between the misleading title for clicks and the overexplaination in the name change, it feels super disingenuous. Something else is going on but you're very concerned about retaining your original audience.

I loved the Morning Movement. To me it represented getting up, moving forward, movement was healthy. Didn’t notice the joke behind it. Your new name and Logo seems Blah compared to what your originally build. May your business continue to be successful and blessed.

So I'm sure that some of what you're getting here in the comments is a resistance to and a dislike of change. Even so, the old name is better. It was fun and silly and the coffee was awesome at the same time. The name was fun, the coffee was serious. The coffee is so serious you have spoiled me for ANY other coffee and damn this is an expensive habit. Also, the logo was better before and I'm a Vermonter and I love bears.

You should maybe have run a poll first before wasting thousands on a rebrand which frankly is worse than the original. Movement by itself is just generic and boring whereas the old name conveyed a sense of fun with its cheeky double entendre:-)

I've been with you guys from the beginning. from starting your journey with Trent and Allie. Your original name was unique and a perfect marketing name. The double entendre of the name was perfect. Unfortunately, you have fixed something that was not broken. Whoever told you your name was bad gave you erroneous information.

I watched you two religiously back in 2020 because of obvious reasons - lockdown. I had followed you up until Lola's Farm and the couple years thereafter. Today, I realized I hadn't watched a video of yours in a long time. I searched and found your latest vids. This one hit me a bit. I bought Morning Movement coffee when y'all opened and shipped it to my Brother in Colorado. I never got to taste it as I live in Texas.

Any way, to see this video in 2024, wow that a fast forward to you all. Congrats on the brand move and the success you both still have.

Obviously, it sounds amazing, and i love how ethically sourced it is.
But is it good?

I thought The Morning Movement was an extension of The Nomadic Movement. It reflected your passion, compassion, and dedication to sharing, inspiring and serving your community and way of life. I don't like the name change but it's your blood sweat and tears. Sorry. Best of Luck.

I love you guys! To speak on your name change---the sound of it The Morning Movement compared to Movement --the former sounds much more optimistic and bright and sunny. Movement falls a bit flat for me. I love the star you had too it encapsulated the name perfectly. And the inside joke is the icing on top. The Morning Movement is my absolute favorite. Good idea to change the name. Being the Nomadic Movement made Morning Movement a natural choice but i never thought the poo reference was a wise idea especially for selling a brown drink. Now youve kept the Movement part through it all and just dropped the Morning. Does a bear poo in the woods? Idk but who doesnt lile coffee?

I think sadee is an exceptional kid! I'm am 62, I have 3 adult children now. Each one of them are exceptional! My husband and I decided I would be a Stay at home mom, because we wanted our kids to be exceptional and secure! They were all born 17 months apart no planning! We sacrificed alot for me to stay home. Kaley when I watch you with saydee , you parent the same way I did...mom and toy! You guys let her have Learning moments by letting her hands on with you..cra king the eggs at 2 yrs.old, building tools, you make it a point to stop listen and talk..she has a huge talk ing and thinking thru what she says..so important! She happy, confident and very secure with you and Jordan. Don't ever give that up...one of my kids has 3 little girls , they are parenting in th same wayy!way!! I'm very very proud of my kids...I still stop think listen and talk to them on their levels. My kids and grandkids like sadee, are the kind of people, people want to know...great job you 2

Excellent coffee, my wife ordered her first bag a few weeks back and now we’ve already tried 3 varieties 👍🏽

I don’t know if your airstream is a post Covid built, but if it was, I understand the quality issues. Airstream is overpriced anyways, but to have the type of quality issues that you guys have experienced is totally unacceptable..

I watch you on and off (and will eventually catch up on the crazy lives you lead) since VT was my home for many years and I know your area well (I was a bit north in the NEK til 2021). I had a 16x20 1.5 story tiny house there, so watching you build yours took me back!

Living a bi-located life is tough, as you know, so I finally had to give it up since I am a few decades older than you and finally felt I had to settle down with my hubby of 6 years (who wasn’t bi-located with me). I still miss my time back home, but life takes us on many journeys and I will be forever grateful for all I have seen and done.

I love the old name of the coffee, but totally get the change! Just ordered some and look forward to checking it out. Will have to stop at the shop in Stowe next time I visit! Have a great time living life on your terms!
