Break the fast with protein and fibers. have a second good meal sometime in the afternoon and just a snack (tea and a little something) in the evening. the body was made to be fed like that since the beginning of times

ОтветитьWell how are we suppose to eat coconut oil straight or cooking it with food. And what foods if we can't eat all those carbs. I eat chicken a lot but I boil it not fry it. Red meat I broil. So I don't use much oil unless I eat potatoes. I cook eggs with butter. I eat vegetables broiled or boiled. And if carbs are OK how much is enough?

1. Legumes are high in carbohydrates. The amount of fiber does not offset the quantity of carbohydrates.
2. Plant proteins do not contain all the amino acids to form a complete protein.
3. She says healthy fats. I agree with Olive and avocado oil but you cannot cook with olive oil. Heat turns it rancid. Ghee, lard, and tallow are great healthy fats.
4. New studies are finding Cholesterol is good for us.
I think a Keto live style is more correct.
Eat meat and cruciferous vegetables. Near zero carbs. Started keto, and my arthritis disappeared. My blood pressure dropped. I lost 40 lbs. I still have 30 more to lose. I do have high cholesterol but great blood pressure.
Eat clean meat from ruminant animals only.
