In regards to Blaze Pizza, I'm in a similar situations, as I love their pizza and have a location almost in walking distance from my house, but never seem to go for some reason. I miss their dough knots, but the cheesy bread there is some of the best you can get anyplace, Blaze is for sure a top 3 pizza stop.

That pizza looks so good I like the classic itallian thin crust. in the UK we have fireaway pizza and thier a really good independent chain. They only do 12inch though as it's classic italian also thier as thin as yours and thier all cooked in wood fire oven. Plus it's only £6.99 lunch price or £12 normally
