A great surprise from you. This movie is a simple village comedy movie which i watched many times. Feel happy that you reached these part of world movies

This is my favorite Malayalam movie. The characters are so funny and even though their quirks are slightly outrageous still they reminds me of old Kerala village lifestyle

Please do a watch along of "Sandesham" Movie, which is a cult classic political satire written by Sreenivasan, and legendary actor Thilakan also playing a character

Malayalam movie is all about experiencing the life of the characters - people that we see in the villages of Kerala. Even now, we see these situations enacted and this movie is kind of satire. Unless you are an Indian, it wouldn’t click with you because the 10 sovereign gold necklace is a big deal here 😅

Hey great selection. Just a fun fact, Raghunath Paleri the writer has mentioned that he got the idea for this movie based on an incident his own childhood school days. One of his classmates was son of a gold smith and he gifted a gold necklace to a girl in class and the necklace disappeared. He develooed this story. It was he who insisted Srinivasan play the lead.

Also the initial act, was a brainwave from Innocent based on a simikar thing happen in to his father after a discussion with innocents elder brothers marriage proposal
