The stupid rule that needs to be changed is to let him hit a provisional from the last place it crossed so, if that wasn't his ball or he couldn't play it, it would save him the time to have to go all the way back to hit his third.

I love Scottie and all...and the PGA Tour is still the bomb thanks to guys like him. But let's be honest, with that lie in the sand, Tiger would have made this highlight reel with a Birdie finish.
