Listening to this music is the only thing that helps calm my anxious mind and helps me fall asleep. It’s been a lifesaver for me, especially having gone through severe insomnia, that reeks havoc on the anxiety I already deal with. No sleep can make you feel like you’re going crazy.

Thanks for this video. I’m having an incredibly tough time lately, hoping to find some relief here.. I haven’t slept properly in days and the only sleep I have had has been plagued with night terrors so awful that I’m waking up completely soaked in sweat.. 😞 To anyone going through anything like this.. how do you sleep? 😭
