ОтветитьJeez you guys are brutal. I love sauteed spinach and while is loses some of it's nutrients when you cook it, it does not take it down to 0. It's still a nutrient rich food, besides you are less able to eat an entire bag of spinach raw but you can eat a ton of it sauteed so you can most likely get just as many if not more nutrients from this.
ОтветитьDamn! you have a lot against her haha. btw sauteed veggies may not have the same amount of nutrients like raw, but they are more easily digested and you can consume more! How you want to eat it then really comes down to preference. Please be more cognizant of the words you choose - calling someone a moron when the person is only attempting to pass on cooking tips is not very nice. All the best to you.
