Elbow Extension Assessment & Mobilization

Can these exercises help someone who had elbow fracture8 years ago and hasn’t got the chance of full range of motion( extension,supination and bending of the arm)?

Sir u people are talking a model to prove ur technic in ur right way , but there is a difficulty in adopting in ur favour position for pain pathalogy patient, that is something different, so kindly expose ur technic with the real patient

Hii sir it's have elbow surgery been 5months i cant fully extended or band my hand fully i have only range of motion is 100 please suggest me what to do

But now she is unable to put it straight... We r now in Bengal... Can we start these exercises now... after this long time.. can she get full straight... Plzzz reply sir... PLZZZ

Hello sir what Will be the status if elbow is stiff and swelling how can I get extension or flexion plz advise

If extension is limited we need to apply a PA directional force at the humeral ulna jt. It looks like you are applying an AP directional force. If we are trying to correct capsular restrictions remember it is the anterior capsule that limits extension.
