Caudal Shoulder Capsule | Roll Glide Assessment & Mobilization

I just want to ask if the 40 y/o male patient who comes to your rehabilitation facility 2° to dx of Adhesive Capsulitis. Pt’s problem is limitation of shoulder motions due to decreased joint play, most notably shoulder external rotation. Prescribe the best exercise that will address this problem. Today is the patient’s first PT treatment session.

-Based from the case, what is the appropriate therapeutic exercise to prescribe to the patient?

I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder recently. 37/m no diabetes/thyroid. I don’t know that this would help my shoulder. I think it would hurt horribly. I’ve lost a good amount of ROM. I’m working with a good shoulder PT.
