I really love Pho noodles in Vietnam. The noodles are totally soft and fresh, and the broth is absolutely flavorful. It's just authentic. You have to go Vietnam to experience the real taste of delicious Pho!

Pho Phuong is 5 doors down from my grandma's house. Got a chance to eat it again when I visited Vietnam in Jan. Our house has been there since the early stage development of Saigon, so much have been changing!

Nothing secret about it. If I have to guess fish sauce + honey + garlic. I prefer broken rice. It has a very distinctive taste.

If your business is featured in the Michelin guide, you pretty much have license to print money. Tourists these days love ticking off their list of all the places recommended in the guide. This in turn catapults the stall popularity and price which in many cases drop in quality. I tend to stay away from the crowd and visit places locals recommend and dine. Remember food is very subjective, everyone has different taste and opinions. Time to explore, discover new eataries rather than chase and follow the "stars"

I am a phở phươngs number one fan. I gotta tell you this tho, that bowl size is only for this video. The amount of meat is only for this video. I literally live 7 mins away from pho phương and have been eating there since I was a little kid (before it even had a food stall to sell pho). The bowl is much smaller (and that bowl is called large). The portion of meat is much minimal. Pho is good for southern taste. Really appreciate the authenticity and effort of Sunny for making this video but that bowl of pho you’re eating ….. only for views

Snails have to be one of most over rated, over hyped, overpriced (for what they are) foods ever. They taste plain. It's just all about the spices/flavors it's cooked in.
