I have never heard of tea made from tea seeds I wonder if Firas was accurate about that. Also it would have been nice to inquire about the preparation of the snails (where snails are eaten they are usually kept in tanks for a few days and fed only flour to get rid of whatever sand or other material is in their guts, before being cooked for consumption)

so many false Informations from the guide ,but it's okay , snails are not insects ,tea use granules leaves not tea seeds , and snail soup contain more than 20 herbs not only peper and seasonings
