This isn't an issue only in the workplace; women empowerment only exists online for some women. The majority of women who wants to "follow women on social media that are just as beautiful as them" or "promote other women" has their limits and levels. The moment specific women feels as if you're doing better or receiving more validation ? Good luck. I hear women talk and let's be honest and say a lot of you are quite envious of those around you.

Idk how I feel about this topic. I personally hate working with other women. Two or three women co-workers are okay for me personally. But at the end of the day it's still a dog eat dog world out there regardless. I'm not at all insecure. I've been in positions where I've trained someone new and if you're not on my level then we can't get along. I sound selfish I get it but its my truth. I have been in jobs where I worked with all women and I've been at jobs that I've worked in a male dominated workplace. I can tell u recently I've trained a new female employee and she for whatever reason saw me as a competition. I've done nothing wrong to deserve it. All I can say is she only lasted 9 mths and quit. 🤦‍♀️

Its hard to support insecure women, yet its insecure men that created this mess in the first place....
