Very relaxing. Yesterday around like 7pm I had the meanest headache along with thinking random thoughts. So I and my brain needed to rest. I put this on, went to bed and awoke around 10 pm. Still had it playing and now at 1:44 am I am working with it on. This really does put you in a soothing element.
