I have had problem skin off and on all of my life. HOWEVER…when I was SEVETY-FIVE I developed a raging case of cystic acne. After much research…I decided to try quitting sugar cold turkey. I had never had a problem with sugar before, then SUDDENLY it was causing my skin to go crazy. After completely eliminating sugar from my diet, my acne pretty much cleared up. This was great…BUT now I have an area on my chin that has developed dry, scaly , flakey skin. NOW WHAT???

I started getting it when i was 14, now I’m 17 and ive still got it, (though its getting better) but ive learned more and more about the skin and what i really have to do to get rid of acne. I really wish someone teached me about it, and helped me with it before it got that bad. Im really gonna make sure my kids get to learn about it in time, so they dont have to experience the same thing that happened to me and many others!

dont get me wrong this is indeed a very good video. But in Reality there are many people who eat healthy, do a lot of Sports etc... but it doesnt make anything better when it comes to acne...
I am Part of this group and I am 16 and I have very strong severe systic acne. I have a keto based nutrition and I eat a lot of vegetables, I cant imagine the last time i ate something sweet like chocolate 😂 Dr berg what you didnt understand yet is that there are people who did everything you told us about acne and it doesnt work, because it is not the fault of the nutrition. It can be possible if you eat very unhealthy food all the time but this is not the case for many people.
At the Moment I have holidays and after that I have to go to school again. I think I will cover my face with a helmet of something like that. I have anxiety because I am looking horrible. Its hard because honestly i am a handsome guy but acne destroys everything. I dont know if the scars will go away 😢

My solution was b complex twice a day with little lactose, zinc, and vitamin c. Of course I've removed sugar (also fruits), and milk from my diet. I had very bad backacne. Now im clean as should be.

Every video has a small problem I have, but each one says to do something’s for one issue, but not those things for another issue lol

I've had acne for 20+ years (I'm now 34). I started taking Berberine, Green Tea, Zinc and Copper after watching this video, and I'd say about 95% of my acne has cleared up. I have only had 1 pimple in about 3 months (which is unheard of for me). I suspect Berberine has made the biggest difference, because things really started clearing up when I started that one. how do i intermittent fast if im active working out and require a large amount of calories and proteins?

I had acne for quite a long time and in the past 2 years it was just so bad. Many people said “oh try washing your face” or telling me to stop eating too much junk foods. Hated these advices coming from people who never experienced acne issues. I tried multip stuffs and nothing worked.

Now i ice my face everyday and put aloe vera gel(store bought since i didnt have the plant) and i wear sunscreen when i go out. All my acnes have reduced and only the acne scars are left.
