Question..can the words or statements be changed?

Thank you for this video. I've got a child struggling with anxiety, and was recently guided to check out EFT tapping. Most of the videos show/guide others through a script for the child/adult to say. I think it gets a little overwhelming for even me to remember all of these scripted phrases, and I imagine it is so for my child also. Is tapping useful even without the scripted phrases, or should I still encourage him to work on those verbal phrases as well?

It is sad that the world is coming to this. Who reaches for Jesus Christ but that they first see their need of help? Anyone watching this will understand they have a need that's deep. And I have been there plenty. Just want to say He has always brought me through and with healing not just coping praise His name!

I have all sort of childhood trauma and abused. This method can open energy channels that’s all what did for me. But didn’t help me with my trauma. I never went to therapy I used writing and other methods and mediations to over come my past toxic emotions. Good luck for all. Please don’t give up there is another world happy full with peace and love ahead of you. Never never give up. You can heal yourself with help from god.
