I was thinking of this when she entered that old house for the first time, the house was dilapidated and she fell through a weak spot in the floor and hit her head causing her to go into a coma, she was found and rushed to the hospital where her mother looked after her while in her dream world she was on an island of demons and magic

If done right, (like fnaf 4 before sister location) the "it was all a dream" twist could work, but not here, there is no way you could work this into The Owl House.

Tgf, from what I remember about the original premise of the show, it was based in Hell! So if anything, while shit this idea may be, it wouldn't be too far off in the OG lore!

With the amount of times Disney has had a show or movie where one of the main characters dies, (Marvel, Amphibia, Owl House, etc.) I wouldn't be surprised if the next show just kills the MC all together and just leaves them dead and ends the show.
