MegaMan 8: All Bolts Walkthrough (No Damage)

Generally I don't watch play throughs of games but there is something oddly soothing about watching a FLAWLESS play through of Mega Man. Add to that that Mega Man 8 is pretty entertaining with the anime cut scenes and really great music. It's easily my favorite of the entire franchise.

@XMaverickHunter please could you tell me how to get megaman 8 from your video that has the mod that allows you to change weapons like megaman 11? I've been looking since the day you posted it and haven't found it.

this was my first mega man game at 13, only then to be given mega man x4 as a random stocking stuffer that christmas. .. i wasn't ready for THAT learning curve.

That mega ball jump is the biggest pain in the ass to get the hang of and dude makes it look effortless.

No Dr. Fudd, no fish/music confusion, Duo isn't mumbling... Kinda feel sorry for the Japanese for getting normal cutscenes and not a comedy of errors.

That game is one of the best Megaman ever created. The artwork and colors in this game is insanely beautiful. Megan x4 and Megaman 8 are my personal preferences in the whole Megaman series

I've only seen it referenced once before, and only for the Sega Saturn version, but apparently you can fight Woodman from mm2 in this game in Searchman's stage. But I've never seen it in any other iterations...

After falling in love with Megaman 2, this one is also very close to my heart.

I grew up with Megaman and love the series up to MM7 and I remember being so disappointed when I got it for my 9th birthday. The graphics, sound, and gameplay just weren’t up to snuff. Even the story was weird. To this day its my least favorite MM game. The cutscenes were cool though

I somehow remember this game slightly different... I remembered that the word 'READY' was supposed to be animated bouncing up and down every time in each stage... maybe I got it wrong... BTW,. amazing gameplay there.

Also of note, this is the PS1 version as one of the bolts in Sword Man's stage is in Search Man's stage in the Saturn version.

How exactly did you get the Japanese voices with the English text? Is this the Legacy Collection version, or some sort of ROM/ISO hack?

EDIT: I'm guessing "ROM/ISO hack", because the minibosses (especially the one from Tengu Man's stage) not only have Life Gauges they're normally not supposed to have, but the icon used is the same as for minibosses in Mega Man X4.
