White, much like black, can get really "pure", but that also makes it difficult to "read" well as a 3D object. So inevitably, if you want to work with it, you have to make some concessions to other colors, before building the highlights to pure white.
That is, unless you're doing some kind of highly stylized paint scheme.
Cool video, I'm always experimenting with different white recipes. Subscribed

Great intro.
I love the Gun-Shields
ОтветитьGreat vid, very informative.
Also, I really want to get some of that jo sonja paint.
I have a request. I totaly get it if you don't want to do something like this idea I have.
You have done a vid with Liquitex Heavy body acrylics, and you have done some vids with the jo sonja.
Would you consider doing a vid where you paint 2 identical minis with the same colors 1 with liquitex and the other with jo sonja? I really want to see them side by side to really see the difference between the 2 brands.
I know it's a big ask. I hope you will consider it.
Love your vids too btw👍👍👍👍
I know there's a project that will work really well with this! First I was thinking of some trippy pale Alien hives but it might also be really neat to try this on a few Saurians! Thanks for all you do brutha!
Ответитьanother great video!
Ответитьthe quality of your videos keeps getting better!
ОтветитьI could listen to your voice all day.
ОтветитьI haven't seen anything from you in a few weeks; I hope you're doing okay!
ОтветитьThese videos are very educational even if I'm not about to switch to pure pigments and mixing in order to paint my armies.
ОтветитьWhat type of resin is that pinkish one? And how did you get that finish like post processing?
