I would want to ask you: did you say that you suggest creating an outline/template FIRST then filling it in with sources second? OR is it better in your opinion to gather all of the sources then create a template and fill them in? Would be much appreciated!! ❤

And heard of that many cases denied due to they didnt write proper specific legal authority which is law code.
