👍💛 it
ОтветитьInteresting view
ОтветитьGreg, you are spot on with your view. We are a traditional family centric society. We still retain our culture and generally conservative.
ОтветитьI would say its happened since the saperation of churches from politics. Secularism is what forcing society secluding their higher morals ground to their own home basement.
ОтветитьI can only say alhamdulillah for all the positive statements you made about my beloved country Malaysia, Greg. I really appreciate it. 🤲🤲🤲🤲🥰.
ОтветитьMost Westerner I'm meet is Russia 😂,
ОтветитьI love seeing other people's perspective to things that I'm familiar with, because in some ways one start to appreciate the things that one has taken for granted.
And admiring things from other's culture is also a way to see the amazing creativity our own culture has to offer that we may overlooked before. Thanks for sharing as always.
It's going to get crowded here soon 😂
ОтветитьRecognize Allah through your heart(your self) and automatically you will know the whole universe
ОтветитьIf I was younger I'd move there but for now Im hoping to visit
ОтветитьYOU ARE SPOT ON ....
ОтветитьAnother reason Greg is that a percentage of Malaysians have " western " spouses, much like your brother . I have cousins who are half Scottish and English and majority of them decided to move back to Malaysia after a number of years abroad
ОтветитьYou got a point Sir...👍
ОтветитьAnd yet so many Malaysians forego their cultures and imitate the West (dressing, lifestyle etc). It is true of a saying that those who are conquered will try to imitate those who conquered them. Inferiority complex most likely. :-(.
ОтветитьI just hope that those traditions & values will not be eroded by the influx of westerners esp. non-Muslims bcoz our traditions & values are rooted in Islamic teaching. Many young Malaysian Muslims still consider Western culture as their benchmark of “modern civilised” way of life. Some even celebrate Halloween, Thanksgiving, have tattoos etc
Ответитьeven when i've personally stopped believing in some of it, i will still defend it because i just love how this country is built with those values. everyone is just so happy to be themselves with their family. i remember this one time i just sat at a bus stop and a bunch of kids came and waited for the bus as well. they were noisy but i liked the atmosphere because they're so lively and this can only happen in countries that cherish those values
ОтветитьI'm sure there's other Southeast Asia Country that can be much better place to be living...
But I guess, Malaysia has ability to balance it out when new thing happened, we still wanting to keep the old same thing that has privileges... When things become too liberal we have a strong side that would against it...
ALHAMDULILLAH ..
ОтветитьRotschilds...in europe usa up price...thats why hitler no it
ОтветитьWell said. As a Malaysian, I totally agree with you on your points🤗
ОтветитьForeigners who make Msia as second home should adapt to local cultures and traditions.
ОтветитьThanks mate for the kind words about Malaysia 🇲🇾
God bless you 🙏😊
Spot on
ОтветитьVisa requirements and cost of living is a major factor.
ОтветитьSeriously we don't want you
Ответитьbro greg always give me good vibes on Malaysia. keep it going sir!
ОтветитьDo the young still respect their parents, elders and teachers? Or are those values eroding?
ОтветитьTrue.
ОтветитьI would say people of the west are desperate to settle down in south east Asia countries in the years to come,...make sense ?
ОтветитьAye but I do like my Malaysia to be underrated, dont want to become spotlight
ОтветитьFinally, an honest white guy in Malaysia without a virtue signalling mouth.
ОтветитьI've been to rural kampungs in Malaysia and always finding at least a white or local and white mixed family. It's baffling finding little white children running around in very rural kampungs
ОтветитьThey probably can change their mind now cause Trump is the president again.
