ОтветитьI made this yesterday and all i have to say is wow what an amazing tasting dish. I love making the recipes you do as they just taste bang on every time. I even roasted my whole spices and ground them for the makhani gravy. What other recipes use the makhani gravy please 😀

ОтветитьCan you make the sauce and freeze it and the same with the marinated chicken and put in the freezer to have at a later date so l could make a big batch into portions…. So glad l have just found you …thank you

ОтветитьI’m a pretty good cook and I made this right along with you and oh my gosh it’s divine I crushed the almonds after they were toasted and blending them in the blender and added it to the butter in the oil with the sugar marinated the chicken it was it is the most delicious dish. Thank you.🎉❤🎉

I've never had a chance to try Butter Chicken but have had some Indian Food's & Afghanistan Food's my boss took me to in Sacramento CA.
We have an Indian Restaurant here in Merced CA but my boss said their food wasn't very good but I'm going to try it now.

I love all International foods that are spicy & use lots of different herbs & spices.
I gave this a go last night. I say last night, it actually ook me the better part of most of yesterday arfternoon to get it made. But it was worth every minute of the labour. Though I think I might not have boiled the gravy down enough as it was a little more runny than the one of the video. I also didn't have Kasoori methi, and don't know what it is at this stage, so that may have helped. I ended up getting the kids to help me make the naan. By the time we finished they absolutely loved it. Thanks for the recipe. (Update): I kept the mash that was filtered off from the sauce and froze it. Just tonight I have unfrozen it and mixed it with a can of coconut milk, and some potatoes. Even that makes a really nice potatoe curry, that king of reminds me of massaman curry.
