ОтветитьI did it on an incline of 12 at 3mph and could only manage two minutes….. then I did it on an incline of 6 3mph and could only get four minutes…… totally out of shape but willing to push on!

ОтветитьI did this routine for the first time today. I had to ramp up the speed to 4 on the treadmill as 3 was too boring and easy. And i intend on seeing it through for at least a month. So let's see how this goes, IA
