We can only control how we respond, every black person born after the 1990's has the opportunity that no other generation before us had- you are free to go and come as you please and you have access to all the information of the world in your pocket at all times. Stop waiting for the very people who have been against you since 1619 to save you and learn how to save yourselves. Yes there is racism, yes there are injustices, and no it ain't fair but until the majority of black families build wealth that can be passed down ( instead of every generation starting at $0 at age 18 ) secure land and other valuable resources in this country we will continue to be disrespected and treated like second class citizens. Capitalism is having a owner own the workplace and profits created from it, he calls all the shots and makes all the money the workers create, then he decides you’re worth and gives you a pinch back that you created for him.

socialism is having the workers own the work place democratically. And deciding how they wish to organize there workplace and salaries of the work they are doing to compete in markets. “Worker co-ops”

Planned economics is the state taking control of a workplace or area and paying whatever they feel the job is worth using taxes (or from there nations bank if they nationalize that also.) but both capitalist and socialist nations can use planned economies and most do.

That is the difference between these ideas.

We need no capitalist owners, worker co-ops only.
If an idea is good enough it will be organized by the workers themselves democratically to be successful, workers can pick there own mangers and operate there workplace democratically one person one vote. They hire people together they run it together that’s it. No owner who calls the shots the workers should own the places they operate together.
