Unfortunately Google has restricted certain dorking to higher level access, I.e CIA, FBI via I.P ranges. Proxy searching throws you to many Captchas etc. It doesn't work anymore like it used to. So sad.

And, in turn, made the "public IP" as a separate product - after all, public IP is really needed for an ability to reach a service running there - not really needed for general internet access. The average user with limited networking skills is also better secured than before. Such ISP method is not covered in your video and some new user will see the ISPs public IP when using mitnickSystems for surveying website IP
