How is the oven setting?

Tried twice and still raw in the middle. Already extended the baking time by 30 mins. The top is close to burnt but still not cooked.

I made this today. It turned out perfect. Good level of sweetness. Neither too much nor too little.The balance of taste between banana, walnut and cinnamon is good. The cake turned out to be dark brown on the outside and super moist on the inside. I use maple syrup instead of sugar
