They should throw the shotput like a baseball in the Olympics. You get only 1 try because your arm will be gone but you will set a world record. ☄️

I was always jealous of the field guys, their workouts were hanging out in the weight room and throwing stuff. Ours was 10 x 400M @ 58 sec pace....with never enough rest in between them.
