Day 1: Few of the poses were difficult to finish and I had to skip one of them and do it differently (exercise 9). I still can't touch my toes when bending over.
Day 2: OUCH the pain hit me the next day. This hurts. Exercises were still difficult and I still can't do exercise 9. I can't touch my toes but I think I'm making progress.

Been doing this for about two weeks, maybe slightly less or more. My thighs went from 51cm to 48cm! I recommend this exercise ☺️

Day 1:✅️ I did this workout twice and lilly sabris workout once. The burn was nice and i felt so good when it was over.

Doing this for 1 month

Day:
1- Done😊 was low-key hard ( i'm also doing other workouts)
2- Doneeee😁 i finished all my exercises + around 5000 steps :)
3- Finished 🤪i started doing pilates + i see tiny changes around my thighs
4- OMG Today felt SOOOOOO hard 🥲 But still finished :)
5- Did itttttttt + around 5500 steps!☺ it was also hardddddd
6- Done <3 i don't think i lost too much weight cuz i was trying to adjust my workout routine but my thigh gap looks bigger :)

I did for a few days and I lost like -1,3 cm?? I never got results on my legs before so im really happy
Will keep diet, doing this every other day +abs work out and arms work out, probably massages every day
Both thighs: 56 cm
Day not one but lets call it one: did it!! feels good👍👍

day 1: very easy. i did this exercise like two months ago and i saw a big difference.
day 2: easy. i little bit tired cause i did others exercises, but fine.
