works good for about 3 weeks and then you get all these corrupt windows bsod errors. Go to repair and it doesn't repair or reset. These machines cannot do windows. Stay far away and get steam deck. You don't have to deal with windows bsod. absolutely terrible.

I have the system and I have no problems with it. The battery life is not the greatest but I carry a charger with me wherever I go. No big deal

I was today years old when I found out that this is a beefed up steam deck

Is it alright to play this while charging? Will the battery be damage if I play it while charging? I'm planning to buy my first ever handheld console so yeah😅.

I really think steam deck mini would come in handy for people with less money and also doesn't want that much power out of a steam deck and just want to carry around something with the power or more of the loki pro possibly with their release of the steam deck 2. There should be two tiers of devices for those that want smaller more mobile kind of pocket feel with the lower price tag and those that wants the big brother then they'd go for the steam deck 2. What you guys think? You think that Steam Deck Mini would be a thing for valve to produce?

It seems like PC gaming basically just requires playing near an outlet. Essentially if you need something portable that you can take to different outlets, then aya neo air makes sense. The switch tegra chip is optimized to be power efficient, so it is more of a practical portable gaming solution. I was looking for something to use with my nreal air glasses, and even though switch requires a dock and an adapter just to output to them, you don't need an outlet nearby to play.

Did you manage to run Switch games? I’m struggling to it. It only opened with OpenGL api. But impossible to play, too slow!

Serious question, but wouldn't it make sense to have an even lower resolution to select . If its a 1920x1080 screen, then in theory half of that would also display nicely on the oled. So dropping games down to 960x540 would also net you a decent uplift in performance

Ik I'm commenting for the second time, but I gotta say imagine how crazy it would be if Sony came back with another handheld coming from the psp series, being able to play games up to thr ps5 or ps4, I think playstation fans would go crazy mr being one my self.

Personally I would just get a battery pack on the side charging it, 25 wats 7000mp and it would definitely last yea more than 2 hours making the air go up to 2 to even 5 hours depending what you play.

That battery is very disappointing and the reason I don't want these supposed pc handhelds lol. It really defeats the purpose of them being well...portable.
You'd have to strap a portable battery to play longer smh.

Mine should be coming in the next few weeks. I'm planning on using Moonlight for pretty much everything since I already have a 3080 powered PC. Using Moonlight rather than natively running games installed on the device sidesteps pretty much EVERY issue this device has so I'm hyped. And since this is the only handheld with an OLED, that makes every other handheld irrelevant for me haha. I've already been using Moonlight on my iPhone at 1080p60 and its been flawless.

I’d love this. Aya Neo are getting so good at producing decent Windows machines now. They might not be the fastest, but they’re certainly more portable than Steamdeck and I really prefer the form factor.

It's a cute little device but the screen is too small for pc gaming.

love the device but i will still keep my hopes alive for the deck... doesn't look like us folks in the middle east will be able to put our grabby mitts on the deck any time soon but again, i am still hopeful.
