Could you suggest what service I should use, if I want to use the Azure Cognitive Service Speech2Text function in combination with a twilio phone number? (AI Phone Bot App) From what I've gathered from your tutorial, I need a web socket Server. Azure Functions can't do that, so "Azure Web PubSub" and "Azure Web App" are the only real solutions to get a highly scalable web socket server, which are receiving the raw audio from twilio (media stream)?
