I love that I got into Elden Ring but Jesus Christ I went into a vod 2 years back when he first played and its incredible that to this day theres still backseaters, people complaining its too hard, and like there's 0 discussion about the game itself. The tree fragmenta don't help much. The bosses are too aggressive and spam attacks. Game way too hard

The fact that he has streamed for 20hrs just playing a dlc shows how great fromsoft do dlcs.

i beat romina first try on ng+7, which was kinda nuts, she's def one of the easier bosses in the dlc.

The game’s difficulty tuning is trash and anyone defending it doesn’t understand what a souls game is supposed to be. It’s supposed to be difficult BUT also FAIR.

The difficulty discourse is happening from 2 different perspectives. People that are new to souls DLC's that are complaining that the game is too hard and their strength ooga booga build isn't working, and "souls veterans" who are shooting themselves in the foot by not using what the game is giving them and then complaining that it's unfair. I've beat every souls fromsoft game solo, but recognized that this DLC was going to kick my ASS and it was going to take forever without using summons so i did just that. 10/10 DLC. git gud or git smart

As a newer player it’s so wild seeing how chat did not change at all. Like actually Charlie deserves so much better. I hate calling myself a souls fan. It’s stupid all of you just backseat and complain but I guarantee you haven’t even beat the game yet. Makes me actually hate the souls games.
