I was in Taipei for 7 months and loved the scallion pancakes. But they had some kind of sauce they added. Do you know what that sauce is? Just some soysauce? would be nice to recreate this falvour

ОтветитьI recently went to China to visit family and noticed that their flour is simply different than the kind you find in North America at least. The dough you make out of it does not swell back up easily, and it much easier to roll out. I’m not sure what causes this, maybe protein content or smth? But I thought it was interesting
