For me light is a property of the spacetime, a quantum of energy travelling from the source via a straight line somewhere else, rippling the spacetime like gravitational waves do just on a much smaller scale. It is a byproduct of the spacetime acting like a spacetime. Matter is just clusters of quanta that will eventually cool down or collapse into a black hole, which will also evaporate in zillions years. What happens with the cold dark universe, nobody knows, like nobody knows what was before and what is beyond the observable 'bubble' that keeps expanding. We will most likely never know and that's OK.

Similarly 2d rotations imply the weak charge and a matrix potential field. And invariance under 3d rotations imply the color charge and the gluon potential field. A physicist friend and I used to wonder about the beginning of the book of Genesis, not from a religious standpoint, necessarily, but simply from the idea that it sort of parallels the theory of the universe's actual beginning, and it seems to stem from that one crucial moment when God says "let there be light." That this is where everything begins and that it is the most meaningful event of the Beginning, whether attributable to a deity or not, seems a remarkable coincidence of the two paths, which otherwise seem to be in constant opposition.

I think that light can be better explained by studying nebulae from formation to stabilization to expiration. We should do away with the big bang theory and move to big pools theory. Big poolings of gaseous elements, like primordial hydrogen atoms, attracted and activated by the fundamental forces on our plane of existence created pools of nebulae which started a series of chain reactions that ultimately created more elements and more things to react to.
I propose that every large thing within our solar system is a byproduct of our sun ejecting matter over time, especially during its early formation, its conception or pooling period, before it was birthed into the dwarf star it is today.
I propose that over time, our sun will eject another substantial sized body of matter that would baffle all astrophysicists of today who remain stuck on Einstein's groundbreaking theory of relativity and speed of light equation which might only be applicable to our solar system or Milky Way galaxy.
The black hole theories also needs to be revised because the light we don't see at the center is more a result of the matter at the event horizon revolving at super tremendous speeds creating somewhat of an impenetrable firewall and an optical illusion from afar.
(If we were able to stand on any large object revolving a black hole, then we will only be subjected to the gravity of that particular object. It will be a normal day there because of relativity).
Light doesn't bend and space doesn't warp. We are just able to see large objects behind other objects that are a relative distance a part.
Light only radiates from its sources and illuminates its source. If all light particles were equal then we all will be blinded from being constantly bombarded by light from all over this universe- all of the time.
The only universal time is now. Space-time is just a measurement like a clock and a kilometer.
The objects we see in the cosmos now are actually there now- but if we traveled the distance from here to there, then it won't be there by the time we make it to that spot because everything is always in motion and always evolving over the infinite moments of now here.
Light radiation just happens to be the lightest and weakest particle of energy being emitted from matter, whether it comes from gases, liquids, solids, or plasma, or maybe even some kind of metaphysical phase of matter which comprises all forms of matter into an inconceivable object that exists only at subatomic intervals.
But everything that exists, except for the universe, radiates whether you see it or not because the universe natural static state is absolute 0 on our plane of existence.
The thing is there may be more planes of existence in the vastness of our universe. But we are forever confined to our plane within our known universe in our galactic cluster in our galaxy in solar system on our planet.
Maybe a better understanding of Jupiter's composition of gaseous bands and bars on different planes can explain the likelihood of universal planes of existence.

This obsession of all hitherto searchers for knowledge with one single sense perception, SIGHT (hence also one single method of measurement: LENGTH. Note: the other two fundamental units, TIME and MASS, also involve "length" measurements for their quantitative specification), blinds scientists from the FACT that we have five more senses (including BREATHING as the 6th. COMMON sense, common to all 3 types of entities on the suface of the earth: PLANTS, ANIMALS and HUMANS), through which all living beings interact with the environment every second of every single day.

Nature (or GOD or whatever other name one prefers to call the Cruel Creator and Sustainer of the universe) can't be so stupid to have provided the beings 6 senses, if 5 of them can be derived as functions of just one.

Hence, Einstein's assumption as to the velocity of light as the ultimate POSSIBLE velocity of any fundamental particle, as well as current astronomy based only on optical measurements, would prove to be totally unsuitable for describing LIFE function, as the 5 types of particles influencing other senses could (SHOULD, rather ~ with almost 100% certainty) very well be capable of moving with velocities considerably (trillions of times) faster than light.

There is also the possibility of 5 more "Suns" existing at exactly 1AU away from the Center of The Earth transmitting particles that influence the other 5 senses of beings, to which obviously no nonliving instument (designed to receive PHOTONS only) could ever be sensitive.

Kepler's failed attempt to link the five regular (Platonic) solids to the planetary orbits could very well indicate that they are linkable to the releaser entity of the 6 types of sense particles (hence, indicating existence of another regular solid, MEGAHEDRON, yet to be discovered) = The Suns (fixed in space) at the 5 other rectilinear locations around the earth, as the current Visible Sun.

All apparent motions in the sky can well be (real and/or illusiory) events due to these interactions that sustain life on this earth.

Remember, none of the current formulae in physics AND astronomy (considered the 2 most fundamental of all sciences) serves any purpose in even PREDICTING accurately any EVIL on this earth, let alone PREVENTING such, which SHOULD, in practice, be the sole purpose cum criterion of proof of all knowledge.

EVIL, thereby, is defined exhaustively as DISASTERS (earthquakes, volcanos, floods, droughts, storms, accidents), PREDATION (human and animal), DISEASES (including all birth defects, all weapons manufacture, all violence) and DEATH.
