Teaching the Socratic method using modern teaching techniques of just explaining concepts is the most retrogressive thing I've ever seen.
ОтветитьWell said, Sir. Now can you please teach this to Mr. Trump?
ОтветитьGreat professor! Very knowledgeable. I loved the video!
ОтветитьMasya Allah
Ответить“I know nothing except the fact of my own ignorance”. Amazing how much incite and the birth of new ideals and realizations can come to light by just asking questions.
ОтветитьThis proffessor is awesome, making a boring topic interesting & fun, clearly a genius who is spreading his knowledge to inferior peasants. This man deserves a Nobel peace prize.
ОтветитьGood summary of the Socratic method. Ironically, if used properly towards a person of faith, they'd be left scratching their head as to why they believe what they do.
Ответитьthanks
Ответитьis this whole lecture somewhere to watch?!
ОтветитьMost of the time we don’t know that we don’t know what we need to know. That’s why we are ignorant and even then we don’t know that we are ignorant and we are not looking for wisdom.
ОтветитьI miss him...
ОтветитьSocrates sells sea shells by the sea shore?
ОтветитьThere is a certain delightful irony when a monologue is used to explain the Socratic method of learning. If Socrates was teaching on what a monologue is, would he have used questions?
ОтветитьSocrates was a Presbyterian I think 🤣
ОтветитьMy method is socratic from birth.
ОтветитьBeautiful.
ОтветитьThe question Sproul's chief critic, Dr. Greg Bahnsen asked was, "By what standard?" God's Law IS the standard of ALL things, not man. All of man's standards begin and end with man and therefore lead to destruction!
ОтветитьSocrates was a humanist, pagan like all other classical "apologists."
